Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive text message notification via phone with a tracking information. You can use your order number to find the order status information by Sign Up and go the “Login” page to track your purchase.

How long it will takes for order and delivery processing?

Order Processing Details

  • • Orders are usually processed within 1 to 14 business days depending on the below deadlines:
  • • Standard orders must be placed by 11:00 AM EST to start processing on next day
  • • 1-2 Day orders must be placed by 1PM EST to start processing the same day. Orders received on Friday and Saturday are processed the next business day
  • • During peak holiday and promotional periods order processing times may be increased.

Delivery Days
For standard 3 Day shipping and 1-2 Day shipping, Courier will deliver your package between Sunday to Thursday. Please note for standard 3 Day and 1-2 Day shipping methods, Venyss will not prepare for packages on Friday and Saturday to Courier.

Additional information for Shipping
Shipments to Sabah and Sarawak may have increased delivery times
May some shipments to certain country for shipping options are not available
Delivery to P.O. Boxes is not available (although can be used for the billing address)

Will Venyss ship products to locations outside of the Malaysia?

The Venyss Online Store shops to addresses within the Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak). Unfortunately, we do not deliver to some country but we will improve the delivery option from time to time. However you can contact us for arrangement for countries don’t have delivery option.

What jewelry packaging is included in the delivery?

All items are delivered with our signature Venyss anti-tarnish box to protect your jewelry.

In Store Pick Up

How do I place a pickup in store order?

On a product jewelry page, you will follow the below steps:

How quickly will my order be ready for in store pick up?

Our in-store staff works hard to fulfill orders in under 24 hours for all customers. Customers should wait until receiving your order is ready for pick up email to go to the store.

Where do I go in store to pick up my order?

Any sales associate at the Venyss store will be able to retrieve your order and complete the purchase for you.

What do I need to bring with me to pick up my order?

All you need is a government issued photo ID (drivers license, passport) and your order is ready for pick up.
